Orphan Works Bill *URGENT*

ANY ARTIST THAT wants copyright law to exist in the future needs to look into this. The government is looking to pass this bill that will take away our rights to any work that we have done, EVER. The purpose of the bill is supposed to open up art works that the originator has died and help museums without having to worry about getting sued by an artist. In REALITY, if a piece of work isn't registered (the artist must pay to register it) anyone can use it without paying the artist.
